RH Selects Fashion Island for Orange County's Only DESIGN Gallery

80,000-Square-Foot, Four-Level Experience to Present One of the Largest Collections of Luxury Home Furnishings in the World with a Dramatic Rooftop Restaurant & Park, Wine Bar, In-House Interior Design Firm, and Full Floors of RH Interiors, Modern and Outdoor.

RH, the leading purveyor of luxury home furnishings, is slated to open RH Newport Beach, The Gallery at Fashion Island, in fall 2024. Topping a list of celebrated retailers slated to join Orange County’s premier coastal lifestyle destination, RH Newport Beach will represent the latest physical expression of the brand and the only Design Gallery in the region with an integrated hospitality experience, including a glass-encased Rooftop Restaurant and Wine Bar that open onto a beautifully landscaped park framing stunning views of Catalina Island and the Pacific Ocean.

Commanding four levels and nearly 80,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space, this one-of-a-kind retail concept will present artistic installations showcasing one of the largest fully integrated assortments of luxury home furnishings, lighting, textiles and décor in the world – with entire floors devoted to RH Interiors, Modern and Outdoor. RH Newport Beach, complete with 100-year-old heritage olive trees and open-air dining, will also include an in-house Interior Design Firm & Atelier, providing an unprecedented level of professional design services.

With an expanse of glass-and-steel French doors that open onto lush garden courtyards and terraces, the Gallery will be located on the ocean-facing side of Fashion Island. To accommodate the new building, some existing merchants will be relocated within the center. RH’s current location in Fashion Island remains open to guests.

Fashion Island continues to be Orange County’s one-stop coastal destination for style exploration. The new RH Gallery will join an array of other noteworthy brands, some of which are part of the growing collection of celebrated retailers and dining experiences exclusive to Fashion Island in Orange County.
