Run For It: Alo New Drop
Where Runway Meets the Road. Alo’s Runner collection drops new hue
Merging performance with style, Alo is debuting three new colorways for its Runner Collection with a high-octane campaign featuring supermodel and actress Taylor Hill. The luxury activewear brand is expanding its highly praised Runner Collection with Espresso, Gravel, and Grey ($185).
The latest additions continue the brand’s mission to redefine performance footwear, merging innovation with sophisticated street style. The monochromatic aesthetic reinforces Alo’s philosophy to “reimagine how movement and fashion coexist.”
“The new tonal additions to the Runner seamlessly integrate with our core colorways, reinforcing our commitment to head-to-toe styling that unites performance and fashion,” says Abby Gordon, chief of merchandise and design officer at Alo. “Expanding the Runner collection is a natural evolution of our commitment to mindful movement, blending innovation with style to create footwear that not only performs but also elevates every step.”

Like much of the fashion industry, Alo’s footwear category has experienced substantial growth, which Gordon attributed “the power of movement when it’s rooted in both performance and intention.”
In true Alo fashion, expect full-flood styling. There's a version in slippers and slides on offer. Plus: Alo’s Scrunch Socks in a similar colorway embrace the community’s knack for translating studio style on the street.
The campaign was shot in Death Valley, Calif., emphasizing nature and harmony.
The dramatic setting serves as more than just a backdrop—it is a visual representation of the freedom, resilience, and connection that running fosters.

Hill, captured in motion against the golden dunes and rugged terrain, embodies the meditative state of running, illustrating how movement is more than just a physical activity—it is a form of self-expression and a pathway to mindfulness.
“Running is my meditation—a rhythm of breath and motion that grounds me, clears my mind, and pushes me forward,” says Hill. “I run to challenge myself, to release, to process, and to feel strong. Running makes me feel limitless, a force of nature, moving in harmony with the world around me.”
