Date Night With Dad, Pizza & Pies 6-15 @5pm

Treat Dad to a night out at Le Pain Quotidien with a Pizza & Pies class! They'll start off with hands-on instruction for making your own pizza dough, sauce and ways to top your pizzas. Next, make a pie and learn how to fill your pie. Once the pizzas have baked, sit down with Dad to enjoy the fruits of your labor in a 4-course meal with a bottle of wine.

The Menu: - Soup of the Day - Mixed Green Salad - Individual Pizza - Dessert - Mixed Berry or Apple Pie - Bottle of Wine (sparkling, white or red)

What You Will Learn: - Ingredients for a scratch-make pizza sauce - Simple techniques for stretching and topping your pizza - The proper way to bake your pizza for a crispy crust - Homemade pie crust and fillings

Pretzels With Pops & Belgian Beer Pairing 6-16 @4pm

Join Le Pain Quotidien in the bakery with Dad this Father's Day weekend & learn how to mix, shape, and bake those wonderfully chewy and twisty treats – pretzels! Their master bakers will teach you a variety of pretzel shapes and techniques, as well as the secret behind that thin amber crust.

You'll spend the first portion of class with your hands in the dough, mixing your own pretzel dough to bring home. Once the pretzels have baked in their ovens, sit down together to enjoy your handiwork with a glass of Belgian beer (or juice) at our communal table. Enjoy with a variety of spreads, dips, and condiments.
