FIG & OLIVE Executive Chef Pascal Lorange invites gourmands into the kitchen to share his passion for olive oil and the flavors of the French Riviera. Join us for an exclusive cooking class on Tuesday, February 25 from 3:00pm to 5:00pm, where students will elarn to cook Zucchini Carpaccio, Fish Papillote, and Caramelized Apple Tart. Cost is $85 per person.
