CUCINA enoteca Celebrates Lambrusco Harvest!
Join Chef Joe Magnanelli (Urban Kitchen Group Executive Chef) and Chef Cesar Sarmiento (Chef de Cuisine CUCINA enoteca Newport Beach) for a three-course family-style feast celebrating the harvest of the lambrusco grape. Originated in the Emilia-Romagna region of Italy, lambrusco grapes are used in making of lambrusco wine and balsamic vinegar. This meal celebrates all things lambrusco - from highlighting balsamic vinegar to showcasing foods that pair with lambrusco wines and even rustic Italian food that would be consumed during the harvest season.
Seating is limited to 20 people. Cost is $60 plus service fee and tax. A la carte beverage pairings will be available for purchase at the dinner.
